• 30%: Lead and manage core operational functions including Finance, People & Culture, Legal/IP, Office Management, and IT.

• 30%: Build and evolve the operating model, including strategic planning, goal setting, and organizational communication.

• 40%: Ensure operational excellence and scale processes to support rapid growth beyond Series A & B.

• High Priority: Proven track record as VP Operations or Finance leadership in a Series A/B start-up.
