Caspar Health is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape the digital future of rehabilitation in Germany by designing patient-oriented web and mobile applications.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Design intuitive user interfaces for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and the web platform to create a great user experience for patients.

• 25%: Improve designs based on user tests, qualitative insights, and data analyses continuously and data-driven.

• 20%: Maintain and develop our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed design studies and at least one year of experience as a UX/UI Designer in software product development.

• High Priority: Experience in mobile design (iOS & Android) and in the design of web applications.

• High Priority: Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles and best practices in interface design.
