📋 What You'll Likely Do
30%: Maintain and optimize the customer database, ensuring data quality and keeping the customer satisfaction index up to date.
30%: Contact new customers, explain key processes, coordinate follow-up appointments, and support the development of the Rail-Flow platform.
20%: Modernize and document processes and specifications for CSM and support service desks, keeping the Confluence-Wiki up to date.
