• 30%: Refurbishment & Produktpflege: Ensure optimal care, storage, and shipment of our bags, from quality control to packaging.

• 30%: Daten & Prozesse: Collaborate with Operations Management to develop and refine processes and structures.

• 40%: Kunden & Service: Manage customer support and insurance processing.
