• 30%: Process leasing and financing applications, from document verification to contract activation.

• 30%: Support customers through the digital application process, answering questions and logging cases in the CRM.

• 20%: Coordinate with external partners (e.g., Schufa, banks, leasing companies) for smooth contract processing.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with experience in operations or customer service.

• High Priority: Enthusiasm for new (Fin-)technologies as well as cars and customer service.
