• 30%: Lead the design and implementation of Alpaca’s Canadian brokerage offering.

• 30%: Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and product teams to deliver region-specific brokerage features.

• 40%: Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align offerings with local commercial opportunities and customer needs.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 8+ years of experience in brokerage, product strategy, operations, or regulatory implementation roles.
