• 30%: Own the product strategy and roadmap for savings accounts and related Wealth Services.

• 30%: Lead the full product lifecycle across web, app, and partner channels.

• 40%: Define and deliver against key commercial and product metrics (deposits, activation, retention, AUM, cross-sell).
