Grape is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage absence notifications and support corporate clients with daily allowance processing on our digital platform.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Review and process absence notifications for daily allowance settlements for major clients.

• 30%: Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients regarding daily allowance processing on our digital platform.

• 30%: Collaborate with Claims and Product teams to improve software and daily allowance processes and support administrative case management.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed commercial training with experience in payroll and/or social or personal insurance.

• High Priority: Strong technical affinity and quick understanding of new software.

• High Priority: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level) and French (C1 level).
