Hypatos is seeking a Product Solutions Manager to own and grow their portfolio of use-case-specific AI Agents, designing and building agentic workflows using their proprietary AI Agent platform.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 20%: Design and implement agentic workflows using the Hypatos AI Agent platform to solve complex back-office process automation challenges.

• 20%: Engineer LLM prompts and context strategies that drive consistent, high-quality outcomes across real-world customer data.

• 20%: Measure and optimize Agent performance using our analytics platform to demonstrate business value and drive continuous improvement.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technology & Management, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
