• High Priority: Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Software Development.

• High Priority: Several years of experience in product development, preferably in the automotive environment.

• High Priority: Certification in project management (e.g., IPMA, PMI) is an advantage.
