• 30%: Process customer inquiries related to subscriptions and invoices via Zendesk.

• 30%: Handle bookkeeping tasks including managing receipts in DATEV, processing invoices and payments.

• 20%: Manage accounts receivable by monitoring open items and payment statuses.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Experience in finance/accounting, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

• High Priority: Familiarity with DATEV and/or Stripe.
