Black Forest Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive the successful deployment of BFL models and manage customer relations.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Onboard customers to our suite of models, providing guidance on prompting, inference optimization, evaluation, and finetuning.

• 30%: Collaborate with Sales and BD teams, and engineers on our most complex and largest customer projects.

• 40%: Translate customer technical feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate with the engineering and applied research teams.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Deep understanding of generative AI and hands-on experience with serving generative deep learning models.
