Careloop is looking for a Recruiting & Candidate Management Intern (m/f/d) to recruit international nurses and take responsibility in an inspiring work environment.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Support international candidates with questions about the recruiting process and prepare them for interviews.

• 30%: Review application documents, create profiles, and prepare application documents for clients.

• 20%: Assist with immigration and recognition of international nurses in Germany.

• 20%: Support the team in acquiring new partnerships and managing existing partnerships.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.

• High Priority: Fluent in German and English, plus another language (Vietnamese, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic).

• High Priority: Communicative, creative, and flexible with a passion for working with people.
