OroraTech is looking for a Working Student to ensure the quality of thermal infrared satellite data through anomaly detection and algorithm development.
📋 What You'll Likely Do
40%: Develop and improve Python-based algorithms to identify noise and artifacts in thermal EO imagery.
30%: Apply image processing techniques to detect and classify spatial and temporal anomalies.
30%: Collaborate with the L1 and NRT AF teams to integrate outlier detection and ensure product requirements are met.
🧑💻 Profiles Doing This Job
High Priority: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Remote Sensing, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
High Priority: Strong Python skills and experience with libraries such as NumPy, matplotlib, and image processing tools.
