40%: Lead the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, building the team from tradespeople to lead engineers.
30%: Manage all HR operations, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, tools, payroll, and processes.
30%: Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee retention, development, and creating an excellent work environment.
