• 30%: Manage end-to-end projects, including scope, plan, and delivery for the Office of the CTO.

• 30%: Drive new initiatives, spot process gaps, and build consensus around proposed solutions.

• 40%: Quantify and report business impact, define KPIs, track metrics, and present ROI/efficiency gains to leadership.
