• 30%: Build and develop a sustainable network of subcontractors and partners.

• 40%: Support project-related procurement of supplier and subcontractor services for our renovation projects.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Successfully completed studies in economics, civil engineering, or industrial engineering.

• High Priority: Extensive experience in project procurement from the construction, facility, or property environment.

• High Priority: Good knowledge of contract law, including VOB, BGB, and HGB.
