• 30%: Develop a deep understanding of PET polymerization from DePoly monomers to achieve high-quality polymer output.

• 30%: Optimize PET formulations to meet specific polymer quality requirements and specifications.

• 20%: Work cross-functionally with R&D, quality control, production, and business development to align polymerization processes with business goals.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.

• High Priority: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in PET polymerization or similar polymer production.
