Deepset is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer to embed with strategic customers, design, build, and operationalize deployments of our platform.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Own technical outcomes from POC to production, including integrations and infra-as-code.

• 30%: Define SLOs/Error Budgets with customers and implement end-to-end observability.

• 40%: Train customer teams on operations and prioritize reliability backlog with Product/Engineering.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 5+ years in SRE/Platform/Solutions/FDE with customer-facing builds experience.

• High Priority: Strong with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, IaC, CI/CD, and networking.

• High Priority: Experience with observability stacks and enterprise integration.
