Black Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Wet Cleaning Process Engineer to develop and scale wet clean processes for 2D material preparation in our Black FabONE facility.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Lead development and implementation of wet clean processes for 2D materials.

• 30%: Own fab startup activities including tool installation and recipe validation.

• 40%: Establish and maintain Process of Record (POR) and drive continuous improvement.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 5+ years in semiconductor process engineering with wet cleaning focus.
