• 30%: Take ownership of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• 25%: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that give insights into business performance and support strategic decisions.

• 20%: Partner with teams across the business to understand drivers, challenge assumptions, and help improve financial outcomes.
