We are looking for a Head of Product Paste (m/w/d) to develop our product portfolio, drive innovation, and lead the product team in Munich.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Develop and advance the product portfolio, especially in cosmetics, with creative and innovative approaches.

• 25%: Lead the internal product team both technically and disciplinarily.

• 25%: Ensure product quality and continuously develop quality management.

• 20%: Analyze the market and competition and derive strategic measures.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Several years of experience in product management and/or product development, ideally in FMCG, cosmetics, or health-care.

• High Priority: Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
