• 30%: Oversee planning and execution of clinical programs, ensuring quality and budget adherence.

• 30%: Manage and develop staff, including Program Directors and Clinical Trial Managers.

• 20%: Ensure program compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and CatalYm's SOPs.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 10+ years in clinical trial management within biotech, pharma, or CRO.

• High Priority: Oncology trial experience is a must, immuno-oncology a plus.

• High Priority: Excellent knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations (ICH-GCP).
