• 40%: Oversee the set-up and conduct of clinical trials to ensure compliance and inspection readiness.

• 30%: Lead and manage the trial team, including monitoring the performance of clinical sites and service providers.

• 30%: Prepare and manage budgets for assigned clinical studies and ensure data quality.
