📋 What You'll Likely Do
30%: Develop efficient processes with Growth and Commercial teams along the customer journey.
30%: Model, optimize, and document processes in BPMN diagrams, Sheets, and Miro-Boards.
40%: Collaborate with the Tech-Team to further develop workflows, interfaces, automations, reports and dashboards in the CRM system.

High Priority: Experience in process modeling and optimization in Sales and/or Marketing.
High Priority: Experience in CRM systems, ideally with ZOHO, Make or Zapier.
High Priority: Data-driven approach and experience with marketing and sales analytics tools.
