Qdrant is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own and evolve our data infrastructure with a focus on the data warehouse, product analytics, and GTM operations.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Maintain and optimize our centralized data warehouse (Snowflake), ensuring reliability and scalability.

• 30%: Design and manage robust pipelines that capture and structure product usage data for downstream analysis.

• 40%: Partner with GTM Operations to design and maintain data syncs from the warehouse into operational tools.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics engineering.

• High Priority: Deep proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data stacks (dbt, Snowflake, Segment, etc.).

• High Priority: Strong understanding of PLG and PLS motions.
