📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 25%: Perform testing and characterization of photonic integrated circuits, including measuring insertion loss, return loss, and polarization dependence.

• 25%: Manage and maintain photonic packaging processes, including die attach, wire bonding, and encapsulation.

• 25%: Analyze test data and generate detailed reports on device performance.

• 25%: Collaborate with design and process engineering teams to provide feedback on device performance and testing results.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or a related field.

• High Priority: Proven experience in photonic integrated circuits (PIC) testing and evaluation.

• High Priority: Hands-on experience with optical testing equipment such as optical spectrum analyzers, tunable lasers, power meters, and high-speed photodetectors.
