We are looking for a Project Manager Renovation to lead construction projects with a focus on renovations and act as a point of contact for customers and partners.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Manage project timelines, costs, and building quality, including feasibility studies.

• 30%: Prepare tender documents and oversee the awarding of contracts, including selecting and commissioning service providers.

• 20%: Review invoices from service providers for accuracy and completeness, and manage warranty claims.

• 20%: Serve as the main point of contact for existing customer relationships.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed training as a master craftsman or state-certified building technician, or a Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• High Priority: 3+ years of professional experience in construction management and/or project control, ideally with a focus on energy-efficient renovations.

• High Priority: Sound knowledge of recognized engineering standards, norms, AHO, VOB, and HOAI, as well as good knowledge of MS-Project or comparable tools.
