• 40%: Take ownership of the 3PL fulfillment center network and serve as the in-house expert.

• 30%: Define KPIs and SLAs to monitor contract compliance and manage 3PL performance.

• 30%: Conduct tenders, implement supplier contracts, and drive cost optimization projects.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 3+ years in service provider management for fulfillment at a major 3PL, Retailer or other D2C/B2C business.

• High Priority: Proficiency in Excel or GSheets, familiarity with analytics tools.

• High Priority: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
