Circus is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to own the entire electrical function, from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring safety and compliance.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Design, plan, and execute scalable electrical architectures across internal testbeds, product platforms, and field systems.

• 30%: Establish and maintain standards for safety, compliance, and quality (e.g., DIN VDE, DGUV, BetrSichV).

• 20%: Own CAD-based planning, ideally using EPLAN or AutoCAD.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Certified Master Electrician, Technician, or completed university degree in Electrical Engineering.

• High Priority: Strong competence in electrical CAD and technical documentation (EPLAN, AutoCAD or similar).

• High Priority: Fluent in German and English.
