We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer based in USA (East) to provide expert customer service, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and emergency response for advanced equipment and systems installed at client sites in the US.
📋 What You'll Likely Do
20%: Lead onsite troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance.
20%: Document all service procedures, parts replacements, diagnostics, error codes, fixes, and site observations in customer files.
15%: Advise clients on equipment care best practices and help develop customized maintenance plans.
