• 40%: Develop a deep understanding of the daily challenges of accountants through interviews, feedback analyses, and usage data.

• 30%: Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and design user-friendly solutions together with UX & Engineering.

• 30%: Prioritize features meaningfully and take responsibility for their successful implementation.
