Calingo Insurance AG is looking for a Claims Service Associate to ensure excellent customer experience in pet insurance, handling claims and providing support.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 50%: Ensure a pleasant customer experience for customers and sales partners in the field of pet insurance.

• 50%: Manage claims including contract entry, claims processing (claim recording, review, and payment), and written responses to customers.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Training as a veterinary assistant (TPA) and/or professional experience in the pet insurance industry.

• High Priority: Service-oriented, quick to learn, and a team player.

• High Priority: Very good oral and written language skills in German, Swiss German, and ideally in French.
