• 30%: Identify and deploy high-impact AI and automation initiatives using tools like AI chatbot, n8n, Gemini AI Studio, or custom LLM agents.

• 30%: Administer and optimize critical business tools such as Pendo, Guru, and internal CS systems.

• 40%: Lead cross-functional initiatives that span CS, GTM and Product teams, translating business needs into scalable system and AI solutions.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 5+ years in Operations, Business Systems, Customer Success, or Enablement roles at a SaaS company.

• High Priority: Experience delivering high-impact AI and automation projects.

• High Priority: Familiarity with SaaS environments and tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot or BI dashboards.
