VARM is seeking a Head of People to build a strong, versatile team and strategically manage People Operations with direct impact on team structure and company culture.

• 40%: Lead the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, building the team from craftsmen to lead engineers.

• 30%: Manage all HR operations, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, tools, payroll, and processes.

• 30%: Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee retention, development, and an excellent work environment.
