• 30%: Facilitate Scrum processes, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• 30%: Coach and mentor Scrum teams, promoting agile principles and a culture of continuous improvement.

• 20%: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
