40%: Lead and scale the entire Customer Operations function, including team leadership, project delivery, onboarding, and long-term customer success.
30%: Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders at customers, building trusted relationships with C-level executives and production leaders.
30%: Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure customer requirements are reflected in the product roadmap.
