• 30%: Manage the entire recruiting process, conducting interviews and providing an excellent candidate experience.

• 25%: Develop and implement new search strategies, including active sourcing and guerilla recruiting.

• 25%: Maintain recruiting channels and ensure a filled pipeline, especially for production and logistics roles in Kempten.

• 20%: Undertake projects in employer branding and general HR administration as part of the People & Culture team.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 2+ years of recruiting experience with a relevant degree in HR, Business, or Psychology.

• High Priority: Experience in active sourcing and using job portals and social media for recruitment.
