We are looking for a HR-Generalist to support employees in our Hub in Bavaria along their employee journey.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Support and advise employees and managers on all HR-related topics.

• 30%: Implement and optimize HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle.

• 20%: Support the recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management and onboarding.

• 20%: Manage personnel administration, including contract and certificate management.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed studies with a focus on human resources management or a comparable education.

• High Priority: Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function.

• High Priority: Sound knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
