• 30%: Navigate complex regulatory frameworks to implement innovative financial products and services.

• 30%: Lead legal reviews of product design, marketing, and customer onboarding processes.

• 40%: Draft agreements, disclosures, policies and procedures and advise on new legal requirements.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

• High Priority: 5+ years of legal experience focused on U.S. broker-dealer regulation.

• High Priority: Strong experience advising fintechs or financial institutions.
