Alpaca is seeking a Brokerage Client Service Associate to assist clients and broker partners with service needs and issues.
📋 What You'll Likely Do
30%: Assist clients and broker partners by being the first point of contact on service needs and issues.
30%: Submit and process operational requests as instructed by the brokerage team and/or client/broker partners.
40%: Research and respond to clients’ issues relating to form submissions, transfers, and various other operational items.
