Alpaca is seeking a Registered Brokerage Client Service Associate to assist clients and broker partners with their service needs and operational requests.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Assist clients and broker partners by being the first point of contact for service needs and issues.

• 30%: Submit and process operational requests as instructed by the brokerage team and/or client/broker partners.

• 30%: Research and respond to clients’ issues relating to form submissions, transfers, and various other operational items.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: One to two years of experience in the securities industry.

• High Priority: FINRA Series 7 license.

• High Priority: Strong written and communication skills.
