Alpaca is seeking a Trading Operations Senior Associate to manage day-to-day operations of the Equity and Options Trading Operations team.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 20%: Assist in the Firm’s Best-Execution Program by reviewing post-trade exception reports.

• 20%: Review Trade Surveillance reports and take appropriate action to resolve alerts.

• 20%: Monitor order flow for irregularities and ensure timely resolution of client trade escalations.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 57, 24, 63, and Series 4.

• High Priority: Experience with front and back end processes for trading lifecycle (Equity and Options).

• High Priority: Experience creating and maintaining relationships with executing counterparties.
