hellomateo is seeking a Platform & Reliability Engineer to bridge the gap between system reliability and developer experience, ensuring smooth production and engineer satisfaction.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Own and evolve observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, etc.).

• 30%: Ensure systems are performant, reliable, and scalable (AWS Fargate, Postgres, BullMQ, Supabase, etc.).

• 40%: Improve internal developer workflows (Monorepo setup, CI/CD, local dev, testing) and evaluate new tools.
