📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Define and continuously improve our 1K5° assembly and quality standards for heat pumps.

• 30%: Support the Academy team in creating cross-location qualification plans.

• 30%: Accompany new SHK teams and actively support onboarding with your experience and technical expertise.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed training in SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning) or a degree in Building, Energy, Environment.

• High Priority: Several years of experience in the installation of heat pumps or building technology.

• High Priority: Sound knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
