• 60%: Actively search, engage, and support candidates throughout the recruiting process, primarily in the Blue Collar sector.

• 20%: Participate in and organize recruiting events and career days to attract talent in the South-West region.

• 20%: Develop and implement new recruiting strategies to identify and engage qualified talent.
