As an HR Generalist for our East Hub, you will support our employees throughout their employee journey and work closely with the People & Culture Holding Team.

• 40%: Support and advise employees and managers on all HR-related topics.

• 30%: Implement and optimize HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle.

• 30%: Support the recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, and onboarding.
