40%: Increase customer experience as the main point of contact for customers, in close coordination with the Operations, Product, Sales, Legal & Finance teams.
30%: Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and gather feedback through targeted retrospectives.
30%: Develop our customer success strategy in close cooperation with our Head of Customer Success and our founders.
🧑💻 Profiles Doing This Job
High Priority: 2+ years of professional experience, ideally with 1 3 years in SaaS Account Management.
High Priority: Excellent communication skills in German (C1 or C2) and English.
High Priority: Experience in dealing with enterprise customers with complex and specialized requirements.
